Many years ago I spoke at a conference in New Zealand where as a prop I used a crab pot.
I asked what the group would think if I threw it in the water and bundled up three healthy crabs and then proceeded to tip those crabs straight back into the water.
They said I would be a fool, an idiot, mad.
We recently conducted some research highlighting that the majority of people who sell property in your suburb, you have previously touched at some point along their journey. You already met them only to let them go again.
I wonder if the comments about the crabs could be applied in this case.
