What a strange industry that we have chosen for ourselves. Real estate is one of the few industries in the world that requires multiple transactions to be completed before we actually get to the final reward.
There is the first transaction of the relationship and the next is to get a seller to list with you.
Then there’s the transaction of the owner taking note of your feedback which leads to the final transaction of the purchaser buying the home.
Most people’s career is defined by the lens they give these transactions. Where do you focus your lens? Which transaction do you believe holds the key to great success?
Please tell me if there is anything more important than relationships ? Enjoy the challenges you pose Mark Cheers Martin Morgan
