The sale of hope

Over the past couple of months there’s been a huge amount of real estate conferences and seminars. You could say it’s been conference season for our industry.

These events offer valuable information and direction. But without action, the only real offering is hope.

Ask yourself these questions: since your attendance how have you changed your business? What action has taken place? What clear structure and process have you developed for your business?

Or have you just paid to be an observer and taken no action? If that’s the case, the only sale that was made was one of hope.
