Real estate is made of a collection of tasks. Many people believe that by improving your skill set, you improve your business. In the vast majority of cases people ensure they have the skills to do what’s necessary.
Business is defined not by what you do, but by what you choose not to do on a daily basis. Many agents get lost in the transaction; trying to make the sale. While they are drawn to the transaction like a moth to a flame, many of the tasks that drive future business are left behind.
